Goodbye everyone, it was nice meeting you all and we’ll meet again in the future.

There will be new gaffers at the pub and I am sure they will do their best for all the loyal customers.

CJ’s are putting up a prize for our free competition which will start at 9:30 pm every Wednesday. It is a turbo poker game and the blinds go up after every hands.

We will also by having our regular curry supper for all participating players in the £5 poker game.

The big match on Sunday June 27th will be covered with a buffet and prizes. There maybe a poker game later on and the stake will be £5.

We will be trying a new format on Poker Night. A side game aimed at the hangers on, low lifes, tramps and leeches that come down on Wednesday night to scoff the curry and ponce of their ‘friends’ for drinks.

The game will be to see when the scroungers beg for a cigarette of one of the participating poker players.  One day they will go into their pocket to buy a drink but it can be a long time and we cannot have a bet on infinity.

This wednesday there will be a choice of vegetarian and chicken curry on offer after numerous requst for a vegetarian alternative. The poker will start at 7pm with a turbo style game and the main event will statrt at approximately 8pm, dependent on the length of the the turbo game.

Food will be served at 9:30 pm (approx) and the food is free.

The bar shuts at 11pm.
